Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click “Sign Up” on our homepage. Enter your email address, create a password, and provide a valid Canadian phone number. You’ll receive a verification code to confirm your account.

Is VendGros free to use?

Yes! Creating an account and browsing listings is completely free. Sellers list for free and keep 100% of their listed price. Buyers pay a small 5% deposit when placing an order. See our Fees page for details.

What areas does VendGros serve?

VendGros serves buyers and sellers across Canada. All pickup locations must have a valid Canadian postal code.


Buying on VendGros

How do I find products?

Use the search bar to find specific items, or browse by category. Filter results by location, price range, and quantity to find exactly what you need.

How many units can I order?

You can order from 1 unit up to the maximum quantity set by the seller. Each listing shows the available quantity range.

How do I contact a seller?

Click the “Contact Seller” button on any listing to send a message through our secure platform. You can ask questions or discuss details before placing an order.

How do payments work?

When you place an order, you pay a 5% deposit online to reserve the items. The remaining balance is paid directly to the seller when you pick up your order. The payment method for pickup (cash, e-transfer, etc.) is arranged between you and the seller.

What if I have a problem with my order?

First, contact the seller directly through our messaging system. Most issues can be resolved between buyer and seller. If you can’t reach a resolution, contact our support team at support@vendgros.ca and we’ll help.


Selling on VendGros

How do I become a seller?

Sign up for an account with a valid Canadian phone number. Add your pickup location with a valid Canadian postal code, and you’re ready to create listings.

What can I sell on VendGros?

VendGros supports various product categories including food & beverage, household products, office supplies, beauty products, and more. All products must comply with Canadian regulations and our Terms of Service.

How do I create a listing?

From your dashboard, click “Add Listing.” Include clear photos, detailed descriptions, your price per unit, minimum and maximum order quantities, and pickup location details. Complete listings perform better in search results.

How do I get paid?

You get paid directly by the buyer at pickup. Set your price, and that’s exactly what you receive. The payment method (cash, e-transfer, etc.) is arranged between you and the buyer.

Do sellers pay any fees?

No. Sellers list for free and keep 100% of their listed price. The 5% deposit is paid by the buyer on top of your price. Visit our Fees page for complete details.


Pickup

How does pickup work?

Each listing shows the pickup location. Once an order is placed, coordinate with the seller through our messaging system to arrange a pickup time.

What happens at pickup?

Meet the seller at the specified location. Inspect your items, pay the remaining balance directly to the seller, and complete the transaction.

What if I can’t make the pickup?

Contact the seller as soon as possible through our messaging system to reschedule. Repeated no-shows may result in loss of your deposit.


Account & Security

How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a link to create a new password.

How do I update my account information?

Log in and go to your Account Settings. From there, you can update your profile, contact information, and notification preferences.

How do I delete my account?

Contact our support team at support@vendgros.ca to request account deletion. Note that you must complete or cancel any pending orders before your account can be closed.
