Step 2: Browse & Discover
Explore products across multiple categories. Use filters to find what you need by location, price, and quantity.
Step 3: Choose Your Quantity
Order from 1 unit up to the maximum set by the seller. Each listing shows the available quantity range.
Step 4: Place Your Order
Pay a 5% deposit online to reserve your items. This secures your order with the seller.
Step 5: Pick Up & Pay
Coordinate pickup with the seller through our messaging system. Pay the remaining balance directly to the seller at pickup.

For Sellers
Step 1: Create Your Account
Sign up with your email and a valid Canadian phone number.
Step 2: Add Your Pickup Location
Enter your pickup address with a valid Canadian postal code. This is where buyers will collect their orders.
Step 3: Create Your Listings
Add your products with photos, descriptions, price per unit, and minimum/maximum order quantities.
Pricing Tip: VendGros is a bulk sales platform. To attract buyers, we recommend setting your prices at no more than 75% of typical retail prices. Competitive pricing is key to success on our platform.
Step 4: Respond to Buyers
When buyers message you, respond promptly. Good communication builds trust and leads to more sales.
Step 5: Fulfill Orders
When an order comes in, coordinate pickup with the buyer. Meet them at your pickup location.
Step 6: Get Paid
Receive payment directly from the buyer at pickup. You keep 100% of your listed price.
